After much thought, I have made the difficult decision to take early retirement and place Wigwonders up for sale due to family commitments.
Wigwonders has been built from a dream I had over 12 years ago, and while this decision hasn’t been easy, the time has come to hopefully pass the business on to someone who shares the same passion and dedication that I do.
The past 12 years have been incredibly rewarding — without doubt the most fulfilling career I have ever had. Since relocating to Hucknall, Nottingham, Wigwonders has grown into the successful business it is today.
Along the way, I have secured two NHS provider contracts, allowing support for treatment and alopecia clients with a wide range of hair loss needs. I have also established five wig accounts with well-known wig companies, alongside many other valuable business assets.
If you are a hairdresser within the Nottinghamshire area looking to train or expand your business to include wigs, I would love to hear from you.
The business remains fully operational as usual for the time being, and I am more than happy to provide any training required during the transition.
Finally, I would like to thank all of my wonderful clients I’ve met throughout this journey. It has truly been a privilege to support and help so many people, and I will miss you all greatly.
