Celebrating a majestic milestone, we were delighted to celebrate King Charles 77th birthday in a fitting manner. Our residents gathered to extend their warmest wishes to His Majesty, indulging in a delicious buffet, cakes and snacks amidst a regal atmosphere that added to the joy of the occasion.

Wishing His Majesty the king a very happy birthday, may this special day be filled with joy, good health and celebration.

A poignant tribute: on Remembrance Day, our residents and staff came together to pay a heartfelt tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. We observed a solemn two-minute silence, with residents and staff uniting in a moment of quiet reflection. The silence was poweful reminder of the sacrifices made, and the respect and gratitude we hold for those who have served. 🫡🙌🏅🧑‍✈️

Celebrating Guy Fawkes with creativity and Montessori Book Club,

Our residents had a blast creating their very own Guy Fawkes figure , showcasing their creativity and enthusiasm . The excitement was palpable as brought their Guy to life. We are delighted to announce that our Guy has been named “Nigel”, courtesy of one of residents family members . Nigel is now part of the home .
In addition to the creative activities , our Montessori Book club drove into the history of Guy Fawkes, reading engaging stories and learning more about this significant ✨🤗🍰📕📚.

Heartwarming visit from Caring works: we were delighted to receive a visit from the wonderful team at Caring Works, who brought some lovely treats 🤗 for our residents. The team went above and beyond by dressing up in a spooky Halloween 👻 theme, which added a touch of excitement and festivity to our residents. We had our Halloween celebration and it was such a spook-tacular time. Everyone joined in the fun with creative costumes, games, treats, food and plenty of laughter.

It was beautiful to see the residents, team, family and friends all getting into the spirit of the day.
