Key symptoms of Lateral epicondylitis ( Tennis Elbow)

Pain :

Pain is often on the outer part of the elbow, but it can travel down the forearm.

Worsens with activity:

The pain is typically aggravated by gripping, lifting, or making twisting movements with the wrist, such as opening a jar or using a doorknob,carrying shopping, opening car doors,
Lifting objects,typing on a computer etc.

Weakness:

You may feel a weakness in your grip or forearm when trying to hold things.

Stiffness:

Stiffness around the elbow and wrist can occur, particularly in the morning.
Tenderness: There is often localized tenderness on the bony part on the outside of the elbow.
Other symptoms: Occasionally, you might notice mild swelling or heat.

THE VAGUS NERVE

Are you struggling with stress and anxiety.
Did you know that massage is a very effective tool to stimulate the Vagus Nerve in your Neck
Locate Key Areas: Identify the areas on the sides of your neck where the main vagus nerve runs, located between the trapezius and sternocleidomastoid muscle, and near the base of the skull.
By Applying Gentle Pressure: Using fingertips or the palm of a therapists hands( acupressure ) this applies light to moderate pressure to these areas of the cervical area.
We Use Stroking or Circular Motions: Gently stroking or makeing small circular motions along the sides of your neck.
Working from Base to Top
Starting at the base of your skull and moving down towards your clavicle bone.
Which is Stimulating on Both Sides: The vagus nerve splits, so we address both the left and right sides of your neck.
Also we can Incorporate Ear Massage:also gently massaging the tragus and c**a (the small flap and inner parts of ypur ear) with circular motions, as the vagus nerve has connections here it really does help on your road to recovery .
