I am a professionally qualified Specialist Occupational Therapist (OT) with eleven years’ experience of working in Physical and Mental Health settings, both within the NHS and private sector.

I then progressed on to successfully train and become accredited in the following:
A Focussed Mindfulness (FM) Practitioner and Integrative Coach
A Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, and Breakthrough Coach.

I am dedicated to providing a supportive service that is holistic, compassionate and wholesome with the goal of maximising well-being, state of mind, self-awareness and emotional resilience.

The Focussed Mindfulness (FM) approach that I use, is a form of Psychotherapy which combine techniques used in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, and Counselling.
The FM approach works quickly and directly to get to the root cause of any issue in our lives that leaves us feeling dis-ease, and ultimately frees us of this, enabling us to then heal from trauma, let go of the past and allowing us to live more freely and consciously.

Let's focus on the good in life 😍❀
Maintaining perspective through difficult times can be a challenge, but also rewarding and comforting.

Here are some tips to try out:

-Gratitude journal (Write down 1-3 things we are grateful for each day/week)

- Focus on what we have done or achieved each day, rather than what we haven't done

-Be kind to ourselves (Lose that inner critic)

-Take each day as it comes and see it as a new day, new start
