Let me be real for a second…

I’m Becci — Dyslexic, ADHD, and someone who never fit into the traditional education system.

Beauty was the first place I felt capable, creative, and confident. But even after I qualified, I felt overwhelmed, unsure, and like I didn’t have a clear path.

No one taught me how to create a business, gain clients, or use social media — so I learned it myself, making mistakes the hard way.

My heart is so full ♥️

This weekend was the final training I’ll deliver under Browns — and wow, it truly confirmed my vision. I’ve always wanted to create training that means something, that leaves an impact… and Browns has always attracted the most beautiful students, the real souls of the earth. This weekend was no different. Thank you, Amy! 🤍

Hey everyone! 👋

If you didn’t already know, I’m Becci — and next year marks 20 years in the beauty industry (and 16 years qualified!) ✨

I started out as a Saturday girl, and what began as a weekend job quickly turned into a lifelong passion. 💕

In 2020, I launched Browns Beauty Training Academy after my college students wanted to upskill and gain extra CPD. It grew fast, but Covid meant I had to pause and focus on my full-time spa consultant role.

Now, I’m so excited to be bringing training back — under a new name: The Academy Edit 💫

I’ll be teaching all things beauty, from essential skills to advanced skin courses, and offering advanced skincare services myself.

As the industry becomes more regulated, I’ll be offering accredited and regulated training so you can stay confident and ahead of the curve.
