🚨Cancellation Policy🚨
Late cancellations and 'no show' appointments cost me time & money making it harder to fill appointments last minute, so 24 hours notice must be given for cancellation. If I receive less than 24 hours notice, or in the case of a 'no show', 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
No future appointments will be booked until the cancellation/no show fee has been paid.
Whilst I understand things can happen and I do try to reschedule the appointment within the next 7 days, this isn’t always possible.
