It's been a year of tough decisions but it's been made final today by my website renewal expiring.

Back in 2019 I embarked upon what has been a life changing journey of discovery. My therapy journey has developed me personally in so many ways, I have learnt so much and worked with some fantastic people. What I didn't realise back in 2019 was that I'd find a job I really loved, which wasn't therapy. And as I've come to realise, I just can't do both, my head will not allow it.

So for now my therapy journey is ending. I don't think the book has closed though, there is another chapter here somewhere in my future and definitely a parallel version of me somewhere developing my other passion 😁

I've met some fantastic people, made some life long friends (one of them is me!) and conquered so many fears. I feel sad, but positive sad. And proved to myself I can do anything! We all can, we just need to set our mind to it.
