It doesn't matter what age you are, here at Mantle Psychology we know that all feedback is important to help us develop and grow!

So that means we want to hear from the young people who use our services too! If you child has something to say, we want to hear it, so we've recently implemented a new feedback system for children - now all ages can let us know what they think in a quick and easy way, without any pressure.

If you're nearing the top of our wait list for a neurodevelopmental assessment for your child via the NHS Right to Choose pathway, you will have received a request for a number of different pre-assessment forms from us.

Some of these include completed questionnaires from your child's school, or from professionals they work with outside the home setting. But do you know why these are so important? And what is the difference between the two?
