I have just submitted my annual tax return and as always feel incredibly blessed and greatful to see my little business has had another year on year growth, which to me is just incredible considering the economy is terrible and we are technically in a cost of living crisis! 😍🤭

Six things as a therapist i NEED you to know in 2026🙏🏻✨💗

1. The more you communicate with me about your overall goals for the treatment and future treatments, the more effective they will be.

2. I absolutely do not care if you’ve shaved your legs/back/underarms etc.

3. Self care IS NOT selfish! It is ESSENTIAL! There is no shame in investing in your well-being. This should be championed if anything!

4. I will be paying absolutely no attention AT ALL to any stretch marks, cellulite, wobbly bits or anything else that may make you feel self conscious.

5. One treatment isn’t going to fix something that has been building for weeks, months or even years. If you’ve an ailment that is causing you discomfort or concern, you have to commit to the process to see the treatments through to get the desired outcome you’re after.

6. Your pain, discomfort, concerns and mental state are ALWAYS valid. Even if they aren’t visible - it matters!!!
