We brought our clinical team together for our bi-annual CPD event, a fantastic opportunity to learn, collaborate and continue delivering the highest standard of care for our patients.

🦶 James from Swift joined us to present updated treatment protocols for:
• Verrucae
• Fungal nails
• Vascular corns
—all using their innovative microwave technology for more effective outcomes.

🦵 We also welcomed Simon from Talarmade, who delivered an excellent Biomechanics presentation, showcasing the clinical evidence behind the new Kinetix orthotics and how they enhance patient support and function.

Today, October 8th, we celebrate the importance of healthy feet and the incredible work of podiatrists worldwide. Your feet carry you through life, so let's give them the care they deserve!

Here are 5 essential foot health tips to keep you "Walking On Air":

🦶Wear suitable Footwear: Choose shoes that fit well, provide good support, and are appropriate for your activity. Avoid overly tight or high-heeled shoes for extended periods.

🦶Practice Good Foot Hygiene: Wash your feet daily with soap and water, paying attention to the spaces between your toes. Dry them thoroughly to prevent fungal infections.

🦶Trim Toenails Correctly: Cut your toenails straight across, not too short, and avoid cutting down the sides to prevent ingrown toenails.
