Hi, I'm Emma and I am passionate to support clients that I work with to make sense of their experiences and to build on their strengths so that they can learn new ways of coping with difficult emotions or relationship problems. I have academic qualifications Psychology (BSC) an MA in Social work and a Post Graduate Diploma in CBT. In addition I am trained in compassion focused therapy and have training in Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I know how important it is to find the right therapist for you.
