Humanitarian and Medical support to people in hostile environments This is where we come in. via our links on this page.

I have been opening a supply line to get aid to these people. In a nutshell: we are helping the people who are helping people. NGO's
Medics
Logistics
Relief staff
Volunteers

While there are many amazing organisations out there helping refugees and people fleeing hostile environments, the feedback from the ground is that there is not much direct support for the ones who choose to stay and help or go to volunteer. People like you and me, doing something bigger than themselves. Updated Edit 05/04/2022

Since the movement of backpacks we have now teamed up with medical professionals from the UK and now supply doctors and hospitals in Ukraine with medical supplies. Once we have dropped the supplies off we then evacuate people who are trying to leave, bringing them to safer lands where they can get support from official charities. We face many challenges from the Russian invasion but still find a way to accomplish our goals. Changing the lives of innocent people caught up in the mess that is this war. We desperately need more funding to buy more ambulances and medical aid. We have left our original mission statement below to let you see how our journey has evolved. Please share the word and donate if you can. This is how we started. We make up pre-packed backpacks and get it directly to them by a series of logistic routes. I cant personally guarantee the success of every pack but I can guarantee that we will keep trying! The packs contain what is directly requested by the individual or as near to it as possible. . So far this has been food, medical, other utility items like solar power banks for charging phones, batteries and personal safety equipment like ballistic helmets and vests. Im not an organisation, its me and a handful of likeminded individuals dealing with a small handful of volunteers. Hopefully we can upscale to help more people. With that in mind
Im looking for more volunteers in the Ukraine to help. Perhaps you know of someone? let me know. Right now, we need supplies
40-60 ltr backpacks. ( nothing military or camo)
Food - list to follow. Medical (trauma kits, and basic first aid)
Utilities
Money

I will post a full list of what we desperately need and a link for financial donations asap.

After lengthy talks with a counter drone defence manufacturer.
We have an ambitious task of trying to raise £65k to build our own custom evacuation vehicle.

The vehicle will be used to evacuate wounded persons out and to bring supplies in.

The cost break down
£55k = 2 x anti drone defence systems. (Front and rear)
£5k = medical equipment
£10k = 4x4 vehicle

This is not drone jamming equipment, its autonomous non-lethal drone defence.

If any companies wish to sponsor this project, we would love to hear from you.

(Picture is for illustration purposes only. This is not the vehicle nor is it the tech that will be used.)

Good news for frontline units.

At the beginning of 2025, we were asked to gather anonymous injuries data, which has been getting turned into medical training simulations. This is to develop a better understanding of what a casvac and medvac actually looks like in a modern war zone. In turn saving more lives.

The UK Armed Forces has announced the brand new military profession of paramedic – but why didn’t it exist before?

Literally just back from the hospital with Tim and the cubs to drop off the soldiers kit who we evacuated. Deborah and Tim from Huddersfield to Ukraine Humanitarian Aid kindly washed it all for him. The gifts they brought him were beautiful also.
Such kind souls and we are grateful to call them friends.

This flagged up in our notifications. Our dear medical brother Pete is no longer with us also. Kat and Pete gave their all for Ukraine. We miss them dearly and it was our honour to ease the burden during such a tricky time.

Sorted. Thank you Tony Preston

Request is closed..
A member of the ReactAid team is unfortunately injured and needs an operation on their knee.
The cost of this is around 180 dollars, which is for the materials used during the operation.
If anyone can help us with this, drop us a message and let's get our team mate back in the game ASAP.
FYI. The payment will be to the hospital, so we can send the receipt to you, for your own tax/banking purposes.

Evacuation requests have been rising and we have been supporting those requests.

Small NGOs give the most effective support, with the least amount of resources.

Supporting smaller NGOs will make a bigger difference to the people you want to help, than donating to the giants who already have millions in reserve.

Until there is peace, we carry on and we are grateful for your support.

Remembering our friend Anton and his brothers who gave their life for their country in Afghanistan. After America called upon its allies for help. 13 years today. Gone but never forgotten bro.

Vice President JD Vance care to comment?

Crazy to see a Not for profit 501s 2023 accounts.
One in particular has been paying a staff member over 200k the CEO is making 130k and maybe stepped into Ukraine a couple of times.

We were the ones who provided the pathway to care for them when they wanted to help the wounded. They even copied our evacuation forms.
Our total budget for 3 years has been around 40k.

If we had that sort of budget, we could have done soo much more to improve suffering people's lives.

I guess thats the difference between actual humanitarians and capitalists pretending to care.

Edit: This is just wages, not their total budget to actually help.

Outside of the current medevacs and humanitarian missions.
We were invited by our friend, the former Ukrainian minister of culture, Oksana Bilozir as she honoured our fallen British brothers. Dan, Sam and Scott. 🇺🇦 🇬🇧

There have been some real challenging times recently.

However.

Through it all, humanitarian and medical evacuations have continued.

Forwards is the motion, the path is negotiable.

Every day brings us closer to achieving our goals.

Our objective has always been to help living beings. Over the last 5 months we've still been doing this vicariously, by funding and supporting other NGOs in Ukraine with their projects that align with our values.

While this has been going on we, we have been working away in the background in other hostile areas around the world.

The world really is suffering at the moment. All you need to do is log onto any social media platform and it's clear to see that so many are unhappy about it all. Governments, pay, immigration, one side blaming the other etc etc. Yet there are only a small handful actually doing something about it.

This video hit home with us and although it's a marketing video for some random brand, I'm sure there are many volunteers and NGOs that may relate to this also.
