Tomorrow is Youth Mental Health Day.

Mental health concerns for young people have multiplied in recent times. Today, 1 in 5, 8-25-year-olds have a diagnosable mental health disorder. Yet, only 40% are able to access effective treatment.

Though times continue to be difficult, Youth Mental Health Day 2025 (YMHD 2025) is here to provide hope and positivity. By getting young people engaged in discussions and activities about how to improve their mental health, YMHD aims to give young people a voice and agency to take steps towards their own and their peers' positive mental health.

For more information, click the link

Join us on 19th September: this year’s YMHD theme, Share Support, encourages us all to connect, share, and access clinically-informed mental health resources.
