🌟 Children’s Mental Health Week 2026 🌟

This week we’re supporting Place2Be in raising awareness of the importance of children and young people’s mental health.

The theme this year is “This is My Place”, encouraging us all to help children feel they belong in the spaces and communities around them. Place2Be has created a range of free resources for families, schools, community groups and workplaces to explore and use throughout the week.

Let’s continue working together to create supportive, welcoming environments where every child feels safe, valued and included.

World Cancer Day – 4th February 2026 🎗️

World Cancer Day is an international day to raise awareness about cancer, encourage prevention and support access to life-saving care.

The theme for 2025–2027, “United by Unique”, reminds us that every person’s experience with cancer is different. Behind each diagnosis is a unique story and a people-centred approach to care leads to the best outcomes.

An international awareness day led by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) to raise worldwide attention and inspire action for a cancer-free future.
