As we move towards the end of May, there’s a feeling of transition in the air…
A gentle invitation to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life.

This month’s meditation circle will focus on calming the nervous system, releasing emotional overwhelm, and creating space for clarity, grounding and inner peace.

So many of us are carrying stress in silence, constantly “doing” and holding everything together. This evening is your reminder that you are allowed to pause too.

You don’t need any meditation experience.
