We are working with the NHS to help children 0-17 find a Dentist!

If your child does not currently have a Dentist and has not been a patient with us before please email us with the patients details to: info@parkviewdp.co.uk - Please do not ring.

Please include the patients full name, date of birth and a contact number in your email.

It is important children attend the Dentist regularly so they become familiar with the enviorment and get to know the Dentist.

We are currently taking on new NHS patients, however there is a waiting list. We are not able to provide a time in which you will be seen.

If you have been a patient with the Practice before it is with regret we are unable to add you to this list.
