As the full moon approaches, it's a time for completion, reflection, and release. This workshop is designed to help you align with the moon's energies, offering a space to ground yourself, let go of what no longer serves you, and illuminate your inner being.

What to expect:

* Moon Sequences: Experience gentle, flowing "Moon Sequence s" designed to soothe your nervous system and harmonise your body and mind.

* Pranayama (Breathing Practices): Discover deep cleansing breathwork to support your release and grounding.

* Guided Meditation & Relaxation: Find stillness and peace through guided meditation and deep relaxation.

For those asking for the treat recipe at yesterday's workshop...

Makes 12

100g chopped hazelnuts
12 medjool dates, pitted
120g crunchy peanut butter
3 tbsp cacao powder

Topping ingredients:
3 tbsp peanut butter
100g dark chocolate

1. Add all the base ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. If it doesn't come together then add 1-2 tbsp of water. Keep blending until soft and sticky.

2. Roll the mixture into 12 balls. Put into paper cases and make a small indent in the centre of each one.

3. Add a tsp of peanut butter to each cup and top with a spoonful of melted chocolate. Refrigerate to set and store in the fridge.
