To be honest… some days I feel completely drained , more in the last 3 months than I ever had🤍

Being a mum, juggling work, life, and everything in between — it can be a lot. There are days where the motivation just isn’t there, where I’m running on empty but still showing up for everyone else.

My skin which I normally treat so kindly I’ve let things slip, my body feels like I’ve just not been myself.

And if you feel like that too, you’re not alone. I get it.

That’s actually one of the reasons I’m so passionate about what I do. Because I know how easy it is to put yourself last. But taking a little time for yourself — whether that’s a moment of quiet, a skincare routine, or a treatment that helps you feel refreshed — it really does make a difference.

You deserve to feel like you again, not just “mum” ✨
