EVENT HIGHLIGHT : Keighley and Worth Valley Railway beer festival 2025

Back in October we had the pleasure of supporting beer festival. From Thursday to Sunday we had two teams supporting the event at both the Ingrow and Oxenhope stations.

Our expert teams of First Responders, Emergency First Responders, Emergency Medical Technicians and Health Care Professionals had a blast proving medical cover for this fun and vibrant event.

Here’s a clip from our training session last night.

In this scenario our team were dealing with a patient that presented with chest pain that developed into a cardiac arrest.

As a team made up of many different skill sets it’s so important for us to come together to practise as a team.

Last night several of our staff members had the immense privilege of attending the 19th light brigade’s Festival of Remembrance in Huddersfield town hall.

It was a moving night with spectacular music from the amassed bands and a powerful service of remembrance.
We were extremely lucky to have attended.

Throughout this weekend of remembrance it’s important that we continue to take the time to reflect and remember the sacrifice and service of our armed forces personal.

EVENT HIGHLIGHT : Corinne Bailey Rae at Wakefield exchange

In October we had the privilege of providing the medical cover for the first live music performance at the Wakefield exchanges where the act was

It was a brilliant night and our expert team consisting of 2 EMT’s and 3 First Responders kept a keen eye out for any Colbert goers who needed medical cover.

It was our absolute pleasure to be back in Wakefield supporting Wakefield councils fireworks display in Thornes park hosted by

We had an absolute BLAST. Our expert team were on hand from the very start to the very end of event working on foot, in one of our ambulance and from a medical tent. Our team varied from FREC 3 to Ambulance Practitioners and a Doctor and we all thoroughly enjoyed the displays.

It only takes a few minutes to learn to save a life.�Today is , a reminder that anyone can be a lifesaver.�Here’s what to do if someone collapses and is unresponsive:
1️⃣ Check for responsiveness & breathing�2️⃣ Call 999 immediately and put your phone on speaker�3️⃣ Start chest compressions – push hard and fast in the centre of the chest (100–120 per minute)�4️⃣ Use an AED (defibrillator) if available and follow its instructions

EVENT HIGHLIGHT : 28/09/2025 Ilkley and District Riding Association

After another fabulous Sunday of horse, it was great day with some amazing riding on display and some very impressive hobby horsing

As always with Ilkley we provided two experienced staff members working from one of our ambulances ready to deal with an equestrian related injury.

The season is finished in Ilkley for the time being but we can’t wait to be back next year!

EVENT HIGHLIGHT : 26/09/2025 / Turner prize opening night

Last night one of our crews was in Bradford supporting the Turner Prize launch party 2025.
This was an amazing event with an incredible backdrop and we were very proud to be supporting it.

Our team provided expert medical coverage for the entirety of the evening from the audience and patrons to the members of staff and the event team.

EVENT HIGHLIGHT : 19/09/2025 - Ilkley and District Riding association meet.

On Sunday we had an Emergency First Responder and an Emergency Medical Technician over in Ilkley supporting a horse riding competition. Our expert team were there all day proving medical care to all the competitors and any of the crowd.

It was slightly busier than usual for us but our team managed every patient professionally and with high levels of care.

We are back again at Ilkley this weekend so keep your eyes out for more horse related content!
