Do you want to take a step into healthcare or learn some new first aid skills?

We have the course for you Skills4Life community education are running First Response Emergency Care Level 3 (FREC 3) course from 2nd March to 6th March 2026. If you have a desire to learn and drive to help people this will be the course for you.

From CPR to managing a bleeding, broke bones and so much more… All of our courses are taught by professionals with extensive experience in the medical field.

It’s kit check time and this week it’s our trauma bag. These red bags from act as our worst case scenario bag.
They are filled with the kit to deal with major bleeds, major burns and a significant number of patients at once.
We always carry this bags on events with us so that we are prepared but we always hope that they aren’t used.

What sets us aside as a company is that we do have a plan and the kit in place for if it all goes wrong so if you’re looking reliable and responsive medical cover for your event head to our bio!

EVENT HIGHLIGHT - Turner Prize 2025 - 09/01/2025

Last night we had the absolute honour of providing the medical cover for the Turner Prize 2025.
We had two of our highly skilled medics ready for any injury or illness at this lively celebration of art and culture!
It was a fabulous event and yes that really is we couldn’t believe it either

EVENT HIGHLIGHT : Pontefract Christmas light switch on - 30/11/2025

Another day another light switch on this time over in Pontefract. Our team had an amazing time at the fabulous event hosted by
The Christmas lights were amazing and our staff enjoyed seeing all the wonderful stalls

We have loved covering these events and as we get towards the end of the year our calendar empties out a little bit. But don’t worry we’ve still got a few events left for this year so keep your eyes peeled to see what we get up to!

We are back again with another kit check. This time it’s for our first aid bags which are the workhouse of the Response Event Medics kit bags.
These trusty bags from do a brilliant job at housing all the kit we need to deal with a first aid incident.
There’s barely an event where you won’t see one of our first responders with one of those bags!

EVENT HIGHLIGHT : Ossett Christmas light up - 29/11/2025

Another busy weekend of Christmas light switch ons for us. We kicked it off on Saturday in Ossett for a wonderful and joy filled event.

Our staff had a great time and we are loving getting into the Christmas spirit!

EVENT HIGHLIGHT: Castleford light up - 25/11/2025

On Tuesday we continued our support for Wakefield council with another one of their light up events this time in Castleford.

Our staff had a great time supporting the vibrant event and it was made even better as Schofields The Deli Castleford provided our staff with some lovely food!

We continue with the light ups this weekend keep an eye out to see where we get to!

EVENT HIGHLIGHT : Wakefield light up - 21/11/2025 - 23/11/2025

Over the weekend we had the privilege of supporting Wakefield councils Christmas light switch on and the Wakefield light up.

Over the course of the three days our team of nurses, emergency medical technicians and first responders provided expert care to the event goers.

Working with top of the range kit from SpServices and working out of one of our ambulance we were ready and prepared for anything that could have happened.

We are continuing to support Wakefield council with their series of light ups over the next few weeks so keep an eye to see what else we get up to!

EVENT HIGHLIGHT : Keighley and Worth Valley Railway beer festival 2025

Back in October we had the pleasure of supporting beer festival. From Thursday to Sunday we had two teams supporting the event at both the Ingrow and Oxenhope stations.

Our expert teams of First Responders, Emergency First Responders, Emergency Medical Technicians and Health Care Professionals had a blast proving medical cover for this fun and vibrant event.

Here’s a clip from our training session last night.

In this scenario our team were dealing with a patient that presented with chest pain that developed into a cardiac arrest.

As a team made up of many different skill sets it’s so important for us to come together to practise as a team.
