🦷✨ National Children’s Dental Health Month ✨🦷

February is all about helping children build healthy habits that last a lifetime. At Upper Denby Dental Care, we’re passionate about early prevention, which is why over recent months Joe, Tilly and Jacob have been out in local schools delivering fun, educational outreach sessions to support children’s oral health!

Starting good habits early gives a lifetime of healthy smiles 😁

👶 Top Tips for Healthy Little Smiles

• Brush twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste
• Supervise brushing until at least age 7
• Spit, don’t rinse after brushing
• Limit sugary snacks and drinks
• Choose water or milk between meals
• Visit the dentist regularly. Prevention is always better than cure

If you’re unsure about your child’s brushing routine, diet, or when they should first visit, our team is always happy to help.

Healthy habits start early, and we’re proud to support our local community every step of the way. 💙

A massive thank you to New Mill Infant and Junior Schools for hosting Joe and the team this afternoon! 😃

We were really impressed by how knowledgeable the children were and how well they can all brush their teeth - they all get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from the Upper Denby team 😁

It's so important that all children gain the skills to ensure good lifelong oral health, and so running school sessions is always a pleasure 😊

Joe and the team had a blast visiting the reception students this afternoon - thank you so much for having us St Aidan's CE Academy!😁

It was fantastic to see how knowledgeable the children already were about oral hygiene and the importance of brushing their teeth 🦷✨ Good lifelong oral health starts in childhood - if they aren't already, please ensure your child is registered with a dentist!
