Damien had been struggling with his hearing and balance over the last few months. After failed visits to his local GP he contacted Otec Hearing and was booked in the same day.

On examination it was clear as to why our client was suffering. Both ears were Microsuctioned clear and our customer was back to normal within 15 minutes!

Our client was a existing NHS hearing aid user and had been struggling with speech clarity, using the telephone & had on going issues with his aftercare.

We had the pleasure of treating one of our youngest patients in our Huddersfield Clinic today.

Little Robin was suffering from loss of hearing, ear ache and dizziness which would often cause him to fall over and bump his head. This was all due to a wax buildup and a grommet that was causing an obstruction in his ear canal.

Robin had previously rejected the Microsuction treatment in the past due to having very sensitive ears.

Methods used were manual extraction using forceps & low power Microsuction using a fine end.
