Most ineffective leadership happens outside of our awareness. Nobody gets out of bed in the morning thinking βIβm going to make my teamβs life hell today.β Or Iβm going to be inconsistent or avoid giving feedback or refuse to provide clarity. We just donβt.

We are all human beings. That doesnβt stop when we cross the threshold at work. Humans are governed by feelings, thoughts and behaviours β whether at home or work.
