Great study here showing imaging/scan findings on pain free (asymptomatic) patients.

Our bodies are robust and can continue to function on a high level despite a scan showing otherwise. When working with myself the number one goal is to get you back doing the things you love.

We do this by gradually exposing your body to the things that you need to do, which allows us to rebuild resilience to these movements. Building a bespoke plan to allow you to live pain free.

We like to nail the basics getting you moving, breathing and performing at your best and guide you through the injury process.

Hi Guys, it’s been a while since my last post. Been really busy with patients in clinic and my work in professional sport.

Lots of patients the last few weeks have been getting back in the gym or starting marathon training and have picked up niggles.

Most weekends I support Leeds United’s academy teams with their physiotherapy needs. This has enabled me to gain the knowledge of what’s essential to keep people performing at a high level.
