Based in Huddersfield Town Centre, Clouds is an established counselling and psychotherapy practice offering its services to Huddersfield and surrounding areas since 1995. For example, Brief Focus Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy focuses on the “here and now”, and problem solving strategies. In addition Clouds provides a blend of the above with Transactional Analysis and Relate methodologies. This helps you to make sense of what you do and why you do it, enabling you to identify the changes you want to make, moving your life in a positive direction.
