We teach people The Walters Method that develops resilience, confidence, wisdom, compassion, values and individuality; the ability to create constructive relationships and become effective change makers in society. The root causes of chronic emotional health problems such as relationship difficulties, health concerns, stress levels, anxiety or depression often stem from habitual and automatic fears and responses that have been learned and hard-wired into the unconscious mind from a very young age. These create persistent negative, fearful or limiting thoughts. The Walters Method (TWM) gets straight to these root causes, makes them conscious which allows them to be countered by reasoned responses more appropriate to the present situation. These tools are cutting edge, developed from the teachings of the world’s pioneers in healing mental suffering. They are simple, quick and powerful, they change a person’s way of being from the inside out. TWM brings positive change to people suffering from anxiety, depression and stress, and gives them a clearer, more positive and productive mindset. It is part therapeutic, part coaching and is flexible according to the needs of the client, it is an innovative and very powerfully effective approach particularly for young people.
