Bridget Jones’ with on plan snacks!

I love how so many of our products are so convenient for taking out and about! Taking my beloved fruit and nut bar and some pop squares meant that I didn’t feel the need to head to the counter for popcorn or chocolates!

Pancakes on Plan?! We’ve got you!

Maple pancakes for a post PT session breakfast

The pancakes are a core product so you can have these on any step! And if you’re on a higher step, you can pimp then up like I have here! I had mine with berries, fat free yogurt and a bit of honey which you can have on Step 3 and above!

A drizzly Sunday morning calls for Apple and cinnamon porridge pimped up using calories form my Step 3 allowance

Adding a handful of raisins, half a pink lady Apple and a drizzle of peanut butter! The slices on the side were for the dog as I can’t eat apple without him getting involved 😂😂

I love using the core products but slightly pimped up on the higher steps to make them even more tasty and satisfying!

Weekly weigh in!

The back end of last week was mental so my filming took a hit! One week down and pleased with this loss!

When a throw it together meal hits the spot!

600 calories on the dot and super tasty!

Sticky rice, tuna skewers, edamame and Siracha mayo with a sprinkle of nigella seeds on top!

Eeek! Is this even real life! Blown away when said she wanted to enter me into the slimmer awards!

I definitely got emotional filling out my story and filming about my journey! It was totally unexpected but I think the experience really made me reflect back on where I have come from.

When I first got my delivery from Lizzie, never in a million years did I think I’d stick to it, that I’d actually do it

It’s so easy to forget how far you’ve come sometimes and so I am so grateful for the opportunjty to reflect back and celebrate how far I have come
