This week is Mental Health Awareness Week.
It's a reminder that mental health isn’t something that appears for a moment and disappears again. It’s ongoing, often lifelong, and experienced very differently by each person.

Many families have seen just how complex and challenging it can be across generations. What’s often hardest isn’t just the struggle itself, but the misunderstanding that surrounds it.

Mental health doesn’t always look the way people expect. It can be quiet, hidden, or completely misunderstood, and unfortunately, that misunderstanding can sometimes lead to unkindness or judgement.

A little more awareness, patience, and compassion can go a long way. Before judging, it’s worth remembering that everyone is dealing with something, even if you can’t see it.

Here’s to better understanding, more education, and kinder mindsets as we keep moving forward. 💚🕊
