IT’S TIME - EVOLVE IS BACK!

Starting this Thursday, Evolve follows on from Foundations, bridging the gap between that lovely introduction to yoga and other classes, helping you build you confidence on the mat and evolve your practice (see what I did there…? 😜).

We’ll start by finding our feet again with a little recap of what we learned in Foundations before looking at sun salutations and vinyasa, then yin and restorative practices, all in a tidy 4-week bundle.

So, each week will shed light onto some of the different types of yoga out there in an approachable way.

If you’ve started your yoga journey via Foundations or are a regular at another class and would like to explore in a safe space, Evolve is the place for you and I’d love for you to join me!

We begin Thursday 14th November at 6.30pm .yoga

Kyles in the wild! We’ve picked off Budapest (a complete stunner) and Bratislava (cute and a bit kooky) so far on our mini Eurotrash tour and have just landed in Prague. Brilliant so far and only half way through.

MONDAYS… not a day that’s usually very exciting, particularly straight back from a fortnight’s holiday! However, this coming one is an exception…

It’s the first week of EVOLVE - a new 4-week course I’m leading. The idea is that it follows on from Foundations, bridging the gap between that lovely introduction to yoga and other classes, helping you build you confidence on the mat and evolve your practice (see what I did there…? 😜).

We’ll start by finding our feet again with a little recap of what we learned in Foundations before looking at sun salutations, vinyasa and looking at yin and restorative practices. So, each week will shed a little light onto some of the different types of yoga out there in an approachable way.

SPRING into something NEW!!

There’s still room on the next Foundations course, starting on Monday. So, if you’ve been thinking of starting or refreshing your yoga practice, this is THE place to be & there’s a mat with your name on it.

I’ll guide you through the building blocks of yoga, helping you to build a regular practice that supports both body and mind.

We’ll work through key postures as well as other yoga fundamentals, such as breathing practices and simple yoga philosophy, in a welcoming, light-hearted way, helping you connect with your body and build flexibility, strength and mobility.

Yoga is a great support for modern life and can help you feel better physically and mentally, taking time out for yourself can really help you destress and cope with everything modern life throws your way.

You’ve spent the last 6 Mondays with me, learning the Foundations of yoga, but now what?

Which class should you go to now?

Well, the good news is that has lots of fantastic opportunities for you to try:

- Hatha with little ole me Thursdays 7.45pm
- Hatha with Grace Mondays/Fridays 10am
- Restore & Relax with Ellie Tuesdays 7.45pm / Sundays 10.30am
- Restore & Relax with Rachel Wednesdays 10.30am
- Movement Medicine with TJ Saturdays 10am
- Plus there’s the Intro to Vinyasa course that runs at intervals throughout the year

And, of course, you can always drop into any of the future Foundations classes - the next course starts on 8th January and you’re always welcome 💜

That’s right, Foundations is back and I can’t wait!

Starting on 11th September and running for 6 weeks, Foundations is the perfect place to be, whether you’re new to yoga, returning to the mat after a break or looking to refresh your practice. I’ll guide you through the building blocks of yoga, helping you to build a regular practice that supports both body and mind.

We’ll work through key postures as well as other yoga fundamentals, such as breathing practices and simple yoga philosophy, in a welcoming, light-hearted way, helping you connect with your body and build flexibility, strength and mobility.

You’ll learn how to connect movement and breath, common standing and seated postures, simple breathing techniques and build the confidence to go on to one of our regular group classes.

Yoga is a great support for modern life and can help you feel better physically and mentally, taking time out for yourself can really help you destress and cope with everything modern life throws your way.
