GUESS WHAT???
That’s right, Foundations is back and I can’t wait!
Starting on 11th September and running for 6 weeks, Foundations is the perfect place to be, whether you’re new to yoga, returning to the mat after a break or looking to refresh your practice. I’ll guide you through the building blocks of yoga, helping you to build a regular practice that supports both body and mind.
We’ll work through key postures as well as other yoga fundamentals, such as breathing practices and simple yoga philosophy, in a welcoming, light-hearted way, helping you connect with your body and build flexibility, strength and mobility.
You’ll learn how to connect movement and breath, common standing and seated postures, simple breathing techniques and build the confidence to go on to one of our regular group classes.
Yoga is a great support for modern life and can help you feel better physically and mentally, taking time out for yourself can really help you destress and cope with everything modern life throws your way.
