Welcome to Reflections - I offer a safe, nurturing and non judgemental environment to relax, unburden and contemplate these changes away from the hectic pace of the outside world. Using Homeopathy, Psychotherapy and Focussed Mindfulness to achieve physical & emotional wellbeing, leaving you energised, blissfully relaxed in body and mind and leading to a true self awareness. My clients can expect to feel truly 'heard', be met with unconditional positive regard and to leave each session feeling energised and revitalised. Many therapists use a single model only and this is where I differ, I believe that because we are all different it is necessary to adapt my style to suit the client, allowing for increased rapport and faster results.
