The mission of Dying Matters is to break down the stigma and taboo of talking about death and dying.

We know that across the UK, our attitudes, beliefs and traditions around death and dying can look very different. Every culture and faith has its own special ways of marking the end of life. But at the heart of it, the feelings we experience, sadness, loss, grief, are things that connect us all, no matter who we are or where we come from.

This , we’re focusing on how different communities and cultures feel, talk about, and deal with death and dying – and what brings them together.

Boost your wellbeing by doing something creative this weekend 😊

Join us for crafting at The Kirkwood this Saturday 15th March 10-12. Some of us will be working on our wet felted fabrics, some will be working on all sorts of interesting pieces. As usual all welcome to join us 😀 please bring projects to work on, and there will be the usual fabulous sweet treat 🍰
