🎄✨ We are proud to announce that we have raised £400 through the Newsome Christmas Raffle in aid of Alzheimer’s Society! ✨🎄

A huge shout-out to our fantastic Day Centre team for organising the raffle and sourcing some truly iconic prizes 👏🎁

We would also like to say a big thank you to all the companies who generously donated prizes, your support helped make this raffle such a success.

November is Men’s Health Awareness month. This November we want to talk about men’s mental health and the importance of opening up.

1 in 8 men experience a mental health problem every year.

It’s time we break the stigma and start the conversation.

Take time today to check in on someone you care about or work with. Ask them how they are doing and be a listening ear. We have shared some brilliant companies who are there to help, don’t be afraid to reach out to them!

Together we can improve men’s metal health! 💙

Today is a good reminder to look after yourself and those around you. Whether it’s a chat over a cuppa, a lunchtime walk or just taking five minutes to breathe, small things can make a big difference. Mental health isn’t just a one-day conversation and is something we should be checking in on every day.

As some of you may already know, our very own Megan is once again taking on the Prostate United challenge this October to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK!

She’ll be running, cycling or walking every single day throughout October to help fund research and support for those affected by prostate cancer.
