ield & Wakefield. We share our home with our beautiful, loving Romanian rescue dog- Skye. My background
Previously, I had a successful management career in banking for 17 years, then decided on a complete change of career looking for something more fulfilling. I then joined the NHS Mental Health Team working with multi-disciplined Health professionals whilst continuing my search for the ideal role & purpose. One sleepless night at 2am, I came across on introductory 2 day course about clinical hypnotherapy which I found fascinating and was totally gripped by the difference this can make to peoples lives. I then signed up to a full diploma, gaining full qualification on Psychotherapy & Clinical Hypnotherapy. Since then I continued to expand on my knowledge and learned more alternative & holistic modalities/pathways such as Life Coaching, Sanotherapy, Sound Therapy , Reiki & Sacred Geometry. My passion
I am passionate about helping individual/s in whichever area I work in & in my own little ways whether this is improving their quality of life, coping with life changes & daily pressures and reaching their full potential, goals & aspirations. As a Mum, wife & career woman, I understand the pressures and expectation of today’s modern world that we live in. I also feel it is also important to treat every client with care, understanding and complete discretion. I believe that we have the ability to change & to strive to live for the better. I also believe that we all have a purpose in this 3D world and we can choose to live a life of wellness & wellbeing. What I do
6 years ago, I became a practitioner Clinical Hypnotherapist specialising in Anxiety. My first clinic was based in Shepley but during lockdown Sadly I had to give up my clinic, paused my face to face sessions and moved all my sessions online. Since then, I continue to learn & took courses to become a Sanotherapist, Well-being Coach & Sound Therapist and I use different modalities to help individuals achieve healing, recovery, their goals & aspirations. To name a few
