The Calm Toolkit: Mind, Body & Emotion Regulation
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or constantly “on edge”?
This is a FREE, 7-part, face-to-face workshop series designed to help you manage anxiety, stress, and trauma using practical, easy-to-use techniques.
This programme has been created by Ann Plews Hypnotherapy to celebrate 10 years of supporting the mental wellbeing of the local community and is her way of giving back.
All sessions are offered free of charge and face to face only.
1st Saturday of each month, June to December. Sessions take place in a calm, supportive environment at Ann’s clinic in Lepton, with only 10 spaces available per session to ensure a personal and comfortable experience. Across the programme, you’ll build your own “calm toolkit” of techniques to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and in control.

Session 1 – Sat, 6th June 2026 Breath Regulation
Learn powerful breathing techniques to calm the body, settle the mind and release energy.
Session 2 – Sat, 4th July 2026 Sensory Reset
Use movement, sound, and visual focus to interrupt stress, regulate emotions and reset your nervous system.
Session 3 – Sat 1st August 2026 Deep Relaxation
Experience guided relaxation to release tension and restore balance.
Session 4 – Sat 5th September 2026 Emotional Tapping
Learn EFT (tapping) to reduce emotional overwhelm, release emotional block and regain control.
Session 5 – Sat 3rd October 2026 Body-Based Soothing
Explore self-soothing techniques to create safety and comfort in your body.
Session 6 – Sat 7th November 2026 Havening for Calm
Discover Havening techniques to support emotional healing, self soothing and resilience.
Session 7 – Sat 5th December 2026 Immersive Calm
Bring it all together (Breath Technique & guided relaxation) and create your own
