What you achieve in 12 years means everything.

In just 12 weeks he’s:
🔥 Dropped 5% body fat
🔥 Lost 2 inches from his waist

How? Through consistency. David turns up early to every session, nails his 2 x weekly SGPT sessions, and even makes use of our extra classes on top 🙌

Skip a workout → muscles weaken.
Quit the gym altogether → body weakens.
Avoid exercise altogether → body ages faster.
Avoid challenges → confidence shrinks.
Rest too much after a small injury → recovery slows.
Avoid movements after injuries → injury never improves.
Dodge fears → they grow bigger.

It’s not about being perfect — it’s about making choices that move you forward, even when motivation is low.

🥗 Eat clean
Start with small wins. One healthy meal. One better snack. Fuel your body like it matters, because it does. You don’t have to overhaul everything overnight. Just make your next meal count.

💪 Train mean
You don’t need to feel ready, you just need to start. The hardest part is showing up. Push yourself a little harder than yesterday, even if that just means not quitting. Progress doesn’t require perfection. It requires effort.

🌱 Live clean

This quote emphasises the idea that most limitations are self-imposed. It’s not that you can’t do something, it’s that you’ve stopped pushing when it got hard, uncomfortable, or unfamiliar.

In essence:
• Everyone hits walls — physical, mental, emotional.
• But growth happens just beyond those walls.
• If you refuse to challenge those limits, they define you.
• If you push through them, you redefine what’s possible for yourself.

Why it’s powerful:

🧠 Food for Thought

Weight loss drugs can be a helpful tool but they’re not a long-term solution on their own.

💊 Yes, they can suppress hunger and help people with obesity and type two diabetes..
But here’s the reality:

🔁 Most people regain the weight if they stop the medication.

💰 And staying on it? That could mean £300/month… for life.

Even worse? These drugs aren’t effective for everyone. And without learning how to eat, move, and live well while using them, people end up back at square one, or worse.



💥 Here’s what I see too often:

People jump on weight loss meds but don’t address their nutrition or lifestyle.
They’re still eating ultra-processed foods.
Still low on protein.
Still skipping workouts.
And hoping the drug will “fix” it all.

It won’t.
It just masks the symptoms.



⚠️ The Hidden Cost?

When hunger is severely suppressed:
• People don’t eat enough nutrients
• They lose muscle, not just fat
• They experience hair loss, sunken faces, and signs of malnutrition
• Their metabolism slows, affecting long-term health and energy



🧩 Want the full picture?

Even if someone chooses weight loss medication, they must focus on:

✅ Nutrient-dense, whole foods
✅ Proper macro balance
✅ High protein intake
✅ Strength training
✅ Habit-building for life

That’s where coaching comes in.
Even with medical support, sustainable change only happens through lifestyle and that’s what I help people build.

If you’re reaching for a glass (or a bottle) of wine every night to unwind or cope with stress, I need you to hear this.

When drinking becomes your regular way to switch off, your body starts to adapt. Over time, when you’re not drinking, it begins releasing more of the stress hormone cortisol.

What does that mean for you?
It means you’ll actually start to feel worse more anxious, more on edge, more mentally drained when you’re sober.

So while that drink might feel like a short-term escape, it’s quietly making things harder in the long run.

It’s easy to see how this cycle can spiral. One glass becomes two. Two becomes a bottle. And suddenly, you’re stuck in a loop that feels normal… until it’s not.

Look, I get it. Life is brutal sometimes.
But alcohol isn’t helping you. It’s numbing the problem, not solving it.

I’m not here to shame you. I’m being real because I care.

I honestly believe over half of you reading this will relate. And there’s no shame in that.

What is brave?
Talking about it. Owning it. Being honest with yourself. Because that’s how you take your power back and you might help someone else do the same.

I want the best for you.
