Home Care Workers required by Small Local, well established award winning Company. Must have full drivers license and use of car. Attitude more important than experience as Care can be taught, attitude cannot.
Basic pay is weekdays £9.60 per hr, Weekends £9.90 + 12.07% Holiday Pay, paid on top of hrly rate, e.g. £9.90 × 12.07% holiday pay, (making the basic rate paid Weekdays £10.75, Weekends £11.09). The 12.07% is paid every Pay Day (meaning you are paid the correct amount of Holiday pay for the hours that you have worked and it's from the day you start, paid into the Holiday fund shown on your pay slip, so you know just what holiday pay you are accruing) + further enhancements for working Bank Holidays + mileage paid. Full training given.
