Nadine Cotton Counselling Therapy I am a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor since 2009, working with children, young peo Drugs and Alcohol training.

I am a registered and integrative Diploma qualified counsellor for children young people and adults; using different theories and models to suit the need of the client, such as:

PCT - Person Centred Therapy
CBT - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
SFBT - Solution Focussed Brief Therapy
TA - Transactional analysis

I have on going personal development training such as:
Safeguarding, Child Protection, CSE, STAR Training, Mosaic 2, Positive Behaviour Management. YMHFA - (Youth Mental Health First Aid)
Master Classes at Huddersfield University for Mental Health issues of Su***de, Self Harm, PTSD, Child abuse, Trauma etc.

5 year olds - adults & difficult child and teenage behaviours. Individual counselling 1-1 & family counselling therapy. I have years experience dealing with issues such as:
Stress, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Suicidal Ideation, Self Harm, Assault, R**e, Abuse, Low Confidence, Self-worth, Self-esteem, Bullying, Bereavement, Terminal illness, Debilitating chronic illnesses, Loss, unable to cope, Relationship difficulties, Difficult behaviours, Crisis, Eating disorders, gun crime, knife crime, substance use and alcohol dependencies. Safeguarding issues, Child in Need and Child Protection issues with Lead professional experience. I can also offer my service to schools, corporate companies employees / insurance companies which are quoted on request specific to requirements. I am a registered member of BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy). BACP Registered Member No: 110282 Registration Number: 617349
I am CRB / DBS certified and have professional liability insurance cover. I have regular clinical supervision within the guidelines of BACP.
