|| Runners legs and stubborn shoulders || The last few months have been all about movement. Whether that be encouraging muscles to move that have stopped, or relaxing overactive muscles that are moving too much; Supporting muscles to move faster and repairing muscles that have moved move than they’ve ever done before.
There’s been a lot of marathon prep and repair. With first timers, sub 3 hour runners and ultra runners. We’ve resolved runners knee challenges, sore quads, hips and lower backs. Marathons have been run in Manchester, London and Windermere with thoughts of Boston, New York and Chicago. I also attended an excellent conference to learn from the best, about how to keep your clients running. Thank you .The crazy .robla.run kept us enthralled with the tale of how he ran like Forest Gump four and a half times across America and in doing so raised money for the WWF. And in doing so ran through the odd injury or two😬oh, and made baby too. 😉
There have been a few stubborn shoulders issues as well. So I’ve mobilised shoulders that haven’t functioned properly for a while, to enable a full return to MMA training. Improved shoulder posture and in doing so balanced the upper body. Treated shoulder injuries to improve shoulder performance to enable a return to sport. Relaxed overactive back, neck and shoulder muscles to facilitate cycle rides of over a hundred miles. Soothed overactive shoulder muscles waiting for a shoulder replacement due to osteoarthritis. And not forgetting the perennial favourite for anyone who sits at a desk, carries children or who is a little taller than average. Encouraging rounded shoulders to stop rolling forwards.
Loving listening to clients, making a difference and helping them succeed. 🏃♀️🚴🏼♂️
