We are delighted to welcome Kath to the Be Yoga Team.
Kath will now be holding space for our Monday 2-3 Seniors Class. Kath has taken over from Mark who has created such a fantastic community at Be Yoga, we are really excited that Kath can now continue to offer this class and build on the wonderful community. Kath has practiced at Be Yoga for many years, finding yoga over 20 years ago to bring balance and find clam in her busy life.
This unheated class invites you to move with curiosity and mindful awareness. Balancing strength and softens. Reconnect to your inner self with gentle sequencing and breathwork. An opportunity to take some time out of your every day life to slow down and find stillness. Leaving you feeling renewed and grounded both on and off the mat.
