💜 The first Indigo Club run by at Middlethorpe Manor 💜

I went to the very first Indigo Club run by Denny today and honestly, the venue alone was worth it. Middlethorpe Manor is absolutely incredible, and Denny you were the perfect host 🖤

Everyone there was so lovely. I sat there thinking, I might have actually found my people.

This is a more personal post, because the truth is that being sober can feel hard sometimes. You lose friends, you lose old routines, and you start to realise who actually brings value into your life. Combine that with the perimenopausal shift of not putting up with anything you do not want to, and it is a whole new chapter.

I am still figuring out what wellness looks like for me.
The sound bath was beautiful, being wrapped in a blanket cocoon was lovely, but the best part was hearing everyone’s stories.

It reminded me that so many of us are dealing with the same things;
Losing parents.
Work stress.
Home stress.
Trying to hold everything together while working on ourselves at the same time.

It felt good to meet new people and feel part of something. I would definitely go again, I can’t wait til the next one!

Also, someone mentioned a sober rave.
I am absolutely in.

✨ Galderma GAIN Manchester ✨

Had such a brilliant day at the .uk GAIN event in Manchester. It was so lovely to see and .jennit and to catch up with so many people I haven’t seen in ages.

The welcome from Michelle Emett was amazing, and the talks from .jaskaren and .naqvi were genuinely fantastic.
The demos were great, the content was solid, and yes… the lunch was unbelievable. You know I love a good lunch and this one absolutely delivered.

And if you ever wonder why I constantly go to clinical education events… it is simple: I want my patients to have the safest, most up to date treatments possible. The industry evolves fast, products evolve fast, and so should we.

Plus, you always pick up the little pearls that you do not get anywhere except in a room full of brilliant injectors.

And obviously, because we were already in the big city, Nicola and I did a bit of Christmas shopping afterwards. It would have been rude not to!

🎄 The Christmas Party and Awards 🎄

Last night we were at Alma Studios at One London Wall, overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral and honestly… what a space 😮

I had heard from how amazing it was, but walking in I was actually in awe. The whole night went so fast that I didn’t get chance to talk to everyone, but it was such a gorgeous evening.

The non-alcoholic cocktails were a lovely touch, and the mini beef Wellingtons were the best thing I have eaten all year. I am still thinking about them. Also the tiramisu, I was 100% there for the food!

There are definitely more photos of me floating around but no one was forthcoming, so I assume they are being drip fed into group chats as we speak…

And obviously, whatever I said at the party stays at the party

I am so excited to be the BAMAN Lead for Yorkshire and I hope everyone is just as excited as I am for the year ahead. 2026 is going to be a good one!
