A blast from the past today at Aden House

Mo came to reminisce with us, we were taken all the way back to the winter of 1947 when we experienced the extreme cold and so much snow, memories of walking to school in the snow came flooding back. ❄️ ❄️❄️

The Queens coronation in 1953 👑 and we had a good old song along to the Beatles 🎶 remember all the members in the band.

Aden house are hoping to hold a summer fayre on the 5th July, and looking for a few local business’ who would like to come and hold a stall to sell their handmade/homemade goodies.

If you would be interested in holding a stall please comment below or send us a message!

Stalls will be £5 each ( all proceeds go toward the residents funds).

Who doesn’t love a cocktail 🍹

We celebrated national cocktail day today, with some fruity cocktails and tasty cakes and we had family and friends visit us too 🍰 we made it Hawaiian themed because why not the sun is shining after all ☀️

It was also a special ladies birthday today as well so we celebrated Iris aswell singing happy birthday to her 🥳

Chair exercises with Melanie yesterday at Aden House, because staying active is important and keeps the mind and body going. The residents had a good laugh and a good old song along making exercise fun. 💪

These funds help us to give the residents the ability to get out and about and live life to the fullest, aswell as make life even more enjoyable inside their home❤️
