**Cacao Ceremony**
Sunday 21st September I’ll be holding a cacao ceremony, with guided meditations, breath work, kundalini and a sound bath 💞 snacks will also be provided at a gorgeous space in Glossop which is only a shortish pleasant drive from Holmfirth 😊 my co-host is the gorgeous Sally Waxman who I trained with for kundalini yoga.
