Final day of the Year of the Snake 🐍
A year of deep shedding, clearing, unravelling and release.

It’s been tough.
Very heavy at times.

But now making space for lighter days, clearer paths, softer breath.

Letting old skins fall away

Tomorrow we step into the Year of the Fire Horse 🔥🐎 Movement. Courage. Freedom. Momentum.

And as a Fire Horse myself, I welcome this new cycle with open arms and hopeful heart. Ready to run towards brighter horizons.

Here’s to renewal, wild hope, and forward motion. Let the qi flow and the miracles happen ⭐️

✨ What a year… and it’s not over yet ✨

Fertility acupuncture & reflexology have been quietly doing what they do best –
supporting, balancing, nourishing, calming and holding a positive space 🤍

This year I’ve had the absolute privilege of walking alongside so many incredible clients -

🤍 two little ones are due before Christmas
🌿 supporting assisted conception transfers
🧡 treating babies
✨ and meeting others right at the very beginning of their journey, seeking gentle holistic support

It truly wonderful being a fairy godmother – holding belief, offering care, and empowering the body’s innate wisdom ✨

Over the last few weeks I’ve had the opportunity to treat not one but two very special baby girls 💗

It’s such an honour to be trusted with these precious little ones, and moments like this remind me just how meaningful this work is.

I’m trained in baby Bowen and baby reflexology, and although I don’t often have the chance to offer these treatments, they are such gentle, soothing therapies that can bring real comfort to tiny bodies navigating big new worlds.

Feeling very grateful today for the magic of this work and the families who invite me into their stories. 🌿✨
