Everyone wants the “best” exercise.
The one magic move that fixes their back.
Or their knee.
Or their shoulder.
But it doesn’t work like that.
The body responds to load and consistency, not one special movement.
The exercise that helps most is the one you can tolerate, repeat, and gradually build. 🧱👷🏼
If something flares you up every time, it’s not the “best” for you right now.
If something feels manageable and you can progress it week by week… that’s your starting point.
It’s not about finding the perfect exercise.
It’s about finding the right one for where you are. 👆🏼
