18/11/2024 - Unfortunately we are experiencing some network performance issues this morning which is impacting our ability to connect patients on the phone and access the clinical systems.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience, our IT teams are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Waiting times will be longer than usual, if you do not have an urgent issue to discuss, we would advise that you wait until after 1pm to contact the surgery.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

World Menopause Day, 18th October

For 2024, World Menopause Day focuses on Menopause Hormone Therapy to help and support women experiencing the menopause. With 50% of the population being affected by menopause at some point in their lives, we can help to improve that transition.
https://www.imsociety.org/education/world-menopause-day/?v=7885444af42e

You might be surprised to learn that the majority of women will experience some form of symptoms of the menopause between the ages of 45 and 51. These physical and mental burdens can take their toll on relationships, work and home life. If you’re struggling, please do make an appointment with our nurse / GP

World Menopause Day is held every year on the 18th October. The purpose of the day is to raise awareness on the menopause and support options for improving health and wellbeing.
