As our hormones change, particularly during perimenopause and menopause, the skin is often one of the first places we notice it. Declining oestrogen can lead to reduced collagen, dryness, loss of elasticity and changes in skin quality.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) can play an important role in supporting overall health during this transition, and it may also help maintain skin thickness, hydration and collagen levels.

We often focus on the face, but the neck can be one of the first places to show signs of ageing.
