Pharmacy Dispenser, Permanent
Location: Shepley Pharmacy, Huddersfield, HD8 8DJ
Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 in dispensary, with pharmacy experience.
We have a vacancy available for an experienced Dispenser to join our team. We are an established and busy independent pharmacy group that focuses on customer care and satisfaction. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday
This is an excellent opportunity for dispensers who have initiative and want to contribute to a growing business. Who will understand the importance of accuracy within our environment, and be able to demonstrate the ability to work well within a team.
Your main duties will include:
· Maintain an accurate, efficient and professional dispensing experience for all of our customers.
· Support the onsite pharmacist in achieving excellence in our customer experience and meeting all legal requirements.
Essential skills and requirements
· Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 in dispensary.
· An excellent understanding of providing an enhanced customer experience.
· A high standard of English and communication skills.
· A good level of math's.
· Able to comply fully and understand the importance of customer confidentiality.
· Good organizational skills, excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines and multitask.
· Able to build relationships with key partners (GP surgeries, care/nursing homes etc.)
· A willingness to learn and apply new skills.
Desirable skills and requirements
· Ideally you will have two years or more experience in a dispensary environment. Although Training is provided for a potential candidate who would like to further their career as a Dispenser.

This position is available in our Shepley Pharmacy, reporting to a head office. Support and training is provided to all employees.
