Hi Peeps
Sending you all lots of blessings and positivity 😊
I know I’ve been away for a while but I had to take some time to get my head, life and energy back into a state of peace.
I’m back in the U.K. now, oop north, and taking things at a much slower pace. As my immediate needs are being met and I know that I have a roof over my head, food on the table and a steady income I’m now able to think clearly and honestly about what I want to bring to the world and the best platform to share what I’ve been given.
I’ll be experimenting with a few things and seeing what works. I know for a fact that I’ll be looking at helping people create genuine health and wellbeing in the way that is most authentic to me.
I feel like the health & wellbeing industry has become a little like a s*x appeal competition and I’ve been holding back because that’s not the arena I want to play in. But I’m hoping that I can hold a space where people’s intersectionalities can be celebrated and nobody will feel excluded.
So I’m going to be who I am and share what I’ve got in a straightforward way and see where it takes me.
