MEMBERSHIPS ✨

If you consistently come to 2 classes (or more!) a week, this might be worth thinking about considering.

Unlimited Membership is £75 p/m ~ rolling contract ~ cancel anytime ~ access any class.

This year we’ve also added the option to pay for 6 or 12 months unlimited membership upfront, at a discounted rate of either:

6 mo/£320 = £70 a month
12 mo/£800 = £66 a month

We’ll let you do the rest of maths as far as cost per class goes.

I know we’re all different, but what we’ve found over the years is that those who pay monthly have an extra sense of commitment to showing up for themselves.

It’s all about the energetic exchange and when you invest in yourself like this there is a wind at your back that keeps pushing you through the door. You look ahead at your week and block out your YOU time.

It goes without saying that more yoga classes we can get to, the more benefits we feel, more quickly.

That doesn’t mean to say that the once a week or once a month that life *actually* allows you to get to isn’t making a difference, because of course it is - you know that! But if that’s you, packages might be more suited to you:

5 Class Pass: £50
10 Class Pass: £95
20 Class Pass: £180

And for those ad hoc classes, drop ins are always available at £11.50 per class.

PREGNANCY PILATES | Drop Ins Open

We start a 6 week block on Thursday at 7:45pm and have opened the last couple of spaces up for drop-ins.

Pregnancy takes us through all sorts of postural adaptations as bump and baby grow!

Suitable for all trimesters, this Physiotherapy led class will take you through a low impact strength and mobility sequence, focusing on mindful movement, core strength, pelvic floor health and birth preparation movements to help you be at your best throughout your pregnancy and beyond.

Class numbers are kept small so exercises can be adapted to your individual needs.

A valuable listen (I think?!) if you’ve ever been recommended to try yoga as a solution for pain.

I'm currently alive with learning - it feels like my brain has been in hibernation for years and now with the Advanced Teacher Training I'm doing, it is being fed, crumb by crumb. Digesting and then translating the learnings into action. This week has been about Pain Science. It's complex. It's not necessary for me to go into depth with you here, but it is the perfect example of how "it depends" is the very un-sexy, frustrating, not-what-you-want-to-hear answer you're probably going to get, if we're being honest.

I'll use pain as the reference point here, but you could literally apply to all life situations:

‼️Pain isn't only physical 
‼️Pain isn't also only in your head
(remember, apply to all)

Treatments for pain (that aren't from the Dr):
1. Rest (at least in the short term)
2. Strength (bodyweight/weights around the area of pain)
3. Mobility (stretching/yoga)
4. Co-ordination (yoga/pilates/physio exercises)
5. Mind-Body Connection (meditation, yoga, tai chi, breathwork)
6. General Health (Sleep, nutrition, stress)
7. Manual Therapy (massage)

Now, when I scan this list, I see yoga in almost every single one of these points. And I don't honestly believe it is because there is one pose or one type of yoga or one teacher that can help you, but that what yoga provides is;

•an opportunity to be with your body as it is
•yes, some movement that may be beneficial in the short term
•space to consider the quality of your life and the choices you make
•the chance to practice being more intentional
•the option to question your habits
• a space where you figure out for yourself that you need need your teacher to help you

But let me tell you, the hugeness of actually taking responsibility for your pain/troubles/LIFE! is where the "selling something" to you stops, I can only show you things so far, then it's up to you to make the next move.

Initially, it doesn't matter who you move with and how you move. Just that you do. Then we refine things according to your needs.

I’m Ellie, when I founded Om in 2016 it was a response to a need of my own, nothing like this existed yet. A space where yoga could be practiced that felt encouraging, unpretentious and above all, honest. Where both you and I could show up fully, in our human experience and learn how to live the lessons out in life. 

If you’ve been looking for a space that values quality, integrity and intentionality, not only of movement, but in life, you’ve found it.

10 years into this, I can confidently say that this space has changed how we all live our lives. I lead a team of teachers who are continuously curious and engaged in their own practice and whilst how we each teach is widely different to each other, the thread that runs through us all is a deep commitment, reverence and respect to this ancient practice.

I know that with so much on offer out there in the world at the moment, I want to encourage you to believe that it isn’t about beginner >>> advanced, it is instead having to the opportunity to ask what you need on any given day and trust that you’ll find it here.

We offer multiple classes daily, from Hatha to Ashtanga, Vinyasa to Restorative, and all kinds of non-linear movement pathways in between.

To truly give yourself the opportunity to experience the depth of what is available, it’s important you understand that it takes more than one class. This is why we recommend new students take advantage of our New Omie Offer of 5 classes for £40, it’s valid for 2 months so you have plenty of opportunity to try a few different teachers and styles so you know which classes you can make on any given week. Beyond this, we offer 5, 10 & 20 Class Passes as well as unlimited pay-monthly memberships or a single, discounted payment for 6 & 12 month unlimited classes.

Imagine me saying that with a raised eyebrow.

Come to Your Senses | Sunday 12th April | 1-3:30pm

Our wellness is our responsibility, woman. To be well, isn’t only to be relaxed, it can be many things. As we roll out this series of workshops for 2026, I want you to pause before taking action, either to dismiss it or to dive right in.

Is this the thing you need, right now? Sometimes it’ll be a yes, sometimes a no. But that moment of pause matters.

Over the coming months we encourage your to explore what it is to stimulate not only our body, but our subtle senses, creative minds, grieving hearts, our confidence and our spirituality.

The format will be the same each time, 45 minute yoga/movement practice to land in the body - this will be gentle and accessible to all bodies, followed by afternoon nibbles and tea & coffee, into the second part of the day with our guest facilitator.

This first session with Rowena Short of is a plant sensory stimulation experience. Rowena is an experienced and qualified aromatherapist who works with women to teach about nervous system regulation through connecting with plant energy, plant material & essential oils. She’ll remind you how to use your senses and intuition to blend your own seasonal perfume oil/ rollerball/anointing oil to take away with you.

All materials are provided, you just need to bring yourself (and your nose!)

✨ in the beginning, they may come for the physical benefits, but they stay for the mental & emotional side effects
✨ they value how things feel > how they look
✨ they have often felt on they don’t belong in other spaces
✨ they understand that this is a long game, no quick fixes here!
✨they appreciate the quality of what we offer
✨the language in which yoga classes are delivered, lands
✨they actually start taking yoga off their mat and into life

If you don’t want your workouts to look like this, you should probably have a think about joining our next 8 Week Online Strength Programme.

ℹ️We start on 13th April, sign ups open next Friday.

I died laughing the first time I saw this - don’t worry, the lady in the original video is a comedienne and is doing it on purpose!

❌You don’t need to have completed the first course to join this, now.

🏋🏼‍♀️There will be 2x weights session a week. This time we’re working in “supersets” and instead of doing lower body one sesh an upper body the next, we will alternate between posterior chain (back body) and anterior chain (front body).

💦 1x strength & conditioning, which is a bit like a circuit - aimed at raising the heart rate a little 😅

🍎 1x core focused class (usually only about 10 mins!)

🧘🏻‍♀️ 1x yoga 20 minute yoga class to stretch it all out.

💰It’s £45 for the complete course, the whole weeks worth of sessions will be posted each Sunday night so you can plan your week accordingly.

You’ll need 2 sets of weights, something light-ish (2-5kg) for upper body stuff and something heavier (5-15kg) for lower body.

is also offering 2x Form Check/Group PT sessions on 31st March and 7th April at 1:30pm at the studio gym if you’d like a few pointers before we begin/check in if you’ve just completed the first one. The session is £60 and this will be for 2 or 3 of you. We’ve already got 2 spots taken for this, so don’t dilly dally doing diddly squat if you want some IRL feedback, comment here and she’ll get you booked in!

It’s always been our mantra.

We can’t just change how we breathe and expect miracles if the environment in which the breath exists isn’t well taken care of.

We are responsible for creating the conditions of our own life.

A constant practice of zooming in and zooming out.

Any of these classes are a way in to improving the quality of your life.

Don’t get tied in knots about beginner/advanced. Ask yourself, what do I need today?
