💪LAST 24 HOURS TO JOIN | 8 Week Online Strength Programme

Join and Ellie over the first 8 weeks of 2026 online in Circle our online cOMmunity space.

Expect uncomplicated exercises that help support and strengthen our daily movement patterns. And plenty of laughs.

5 sessions a week include:

1x Lower Body
1x Core
1x Upper Body
1x Strength & Conditioning (lil bit of everything)
1x Stretchy Yoga

We recommend you do them in the order posted, but make it work around your week. All sessions are just about 20 minutes long & youll just need 2 sets of weights, one lighter and one heavier.

We’re not looking for body composition changes, we want to pick up weights and remember our inner strength!

As an alternative to drop in passes, we also offer a monthly membership option.

We’ve always kept Unlimited Memberships capped at a reasonable number to ensure fairness for all students, but with our relocation & bigger studio space, we have the opportunity to offer a handful more opportunities for you to join if it now makes more sense for you.

There are 7 available at the current price of £70 p/m, once these 7 are gone you’ll no longer see them on Glofox as available to sign up to. On 10/01 the price of Unlimited Membership will increase to £75 p/m.

We have a couple of new classes to the timetable;

Pre-Schoolie Yoga (2-5) with Sam | Mondays 1:45-2:30 (term time) £8.50 drop in/£35 for 5 Weeks

Body Strength | Mind Stamina with TJ // Wednesdays 5:30pm

Restore & Relax with Josie // Wednesdays 7:45pm

Flow 45 with Ellie // Thursdays 5:30pm

We’ve managed to maintain as many of your fave classes as humanly possible, although the days of the week the are offered may have changed.

‼️1 WEEK SALE BEGINS LIVE ON SUNDAY NIGHT ‼️so don’t go buying any class packs just yet!

The 8 week online strength programme will be going on sale tonight, have a listen to this to see if it sounds like it’s up your street.

Do you trust me to make this into something special? ✨

Whilst the sale of Nom is something we had in mind for a while, naturally because the two businesses are so connected, letting go of the comfort and familiarity of our studio space wasn’t something we were looking forward to.

10 Years into this, we know what you need from a space now, and it’s not easy to find. As the Colne Valley has evolved over the recent years, not only would it have been near impossible to meet the needs of the studio AND stay in the village, it also feels like a good time for a change.

This feels scarier now than starting from scratch in 2016, it feels like we have so much more to lose, but whenever I apply yoga’s teachings, I remember that none of it is mine to lose anyway. We’re all here, students of yoga, no matter who is teaching it & in what space.

Over the years we’ve watched you and held you, our students through life’s transitions. From career changes, to retirement. Births & deaths. Relocations, relationships ending, new relationships beginning. I’ve taken great inspiration from the bravery you’ve shown each time a change comes along.

Some days when I fall into the “it ended up a failure” trap, I think of what I would say to you, and apply it back. What would have been more of a failure, continuing to give ourselves to something for which we had nothing left in the tank? Or being a hypocrite, standing at the front of class saying one thing, whilst continuing to please everyone else? Is it really successful if it’s taken every last drop of life force from us? What even is success?

So, whilst we understand & appreciate that logistically it may not be possible for some of you to travel as frequently to Taylor Hill as you currently do, I sincerely hope you can see me, Ellie, who knows this is the next right step for me as a human and us as a cOMmunity and continue to trust me as you have done all these years.

8 Week Strength & Yoga Programme

On January 5th you’ll have the opportunity to join us (Ellie & Claire Goddard) for 8 weeks to begin/get back into/start over with some strength training (lifting weights).

We’ve just wrapped our filming, it’ll be hosted in online in our cOMmunity App, Circle.

3x strength sessions, 1x Core and 1x Yoga each week are already pre-recorded and will be uploaded a week at a time so you can arrange your sessions according to your week.

If there’s any part of you that feels that this is a YES for you, follow it. Keep your eyes peeled over the coming weeks or ask for your Xmas pressie for 2 sets of dumbells, 1 light (2-8kgs) and 1 heavier (5-15kgs) according to what you currently can lift.

Sign ups will be opening 16th December & doors will close just before Christmas. I'll let you know here, once the mailing list has first been informed!

I can feel the fatigue creeping in as we head toward the dark part of the year. I'm less inclined to cook, making decisions about this or that feels like it takes all of my life force, moving my body is getting pushed back to the end of the day and sometimes getting skipped, I've been turning off my 5am alarm more days than actually doing it.

It's harder to stay on this path when the conditions are challenging. I taught in class this week about Dharma - One's Path. The more disconnected we remain from True Self/Our Essence/Energy the further away we come to believe our Dharma is. The channel for which True Self/Our Essence/Energy exists is through our body, so by severing the connection we have with our physical body we stray further off our "path". Then wonder why we have these existential moments of "what am I doing wih my life".

In a time where many of the next steps we take are "suggestions" our phone or whatever app or AI tool is the latest thing to offer assistance, we need to keep flexing the muscle of choice making. On Purpose.

If you too are feeling the fatigue, the only choice you need to make is the next one. Not anything beyond that. One choosing repetition at a time. Practicing following your gut. That first instinct. The more you do, the more you learn to trust it.

Teacher Trainee Graduate Class!

Om student Shellie has recently graduated her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and is offering a free class on Thursday 20th November in the studio.

All are welcome and encouraged, it’s one thing learning the theory of teaching yoga, but quite another to have real bodies in front of you, so we’re thrilled to be able to help Shellie on her way.

We start at 7pm with a steady, intentional Vinyasa flow linking breath and movement. This class blends strength, mobility, and mindfulness, offering options for all levels.

Expect to move with awareness, explore alignment, and finish feeling centred and restored.
