Hearing comments like this from our patients gives me real confidence and reassurance that we are moving in the right direction.
For more than 10 years I have listened carefully to my patients, and that is exactly why I make difficult decisions when they need to be made.
Over the last two and a half years the general standard and attitude of many employees and people in general has noticeably changed. But please be assured that I will never compromise on the quality of care we deliver.
Thankfully we no longer have individuals on our team who are not willing to give their best every single day. The many positive comments we have received recently have made a huge difference and truly show that we are on the right path.
We are not a business that focuses on volume. We are a local practice that values loyalty, and I ask people to keep that in mind when they choose to support local services.
We are not the cheapest option, and this is why I often remind patients that if they can spare a moment to leave us some feedback, it can make a real difference. It strengthens our team, supports the standards we work so hard to maintain, and reminds us why we continue to do what we do.
