Our Compliance Officer, Kim, has recently passed her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Social Care with a distinction.
We have seen how hard Kim has worked for this qualification, alongside her compliance role and we wanted to say a big well done and congratulations!

Before the Easter holidays, we brought together 17 members of staff to take part in the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 2. It was an in-person, one-day classroom course led by an experienced trainer alongside trainers with lived experience.

A big thank you to the trainers, the session was highly informative and really helped strengthen our understanding of supporting autistic people and people with learning disabilities, helping us deliver more compassionate, informed, and person-centred care.

Well done to all the carers who attended, we hope it’s been a valuable and rewarding experience, helping you build knowledge and confidence in your role.

- Care in local areas such as Holmfirth, Honley, Meltham, Netherton and surrounding areas
- Pay for care visits starting at £13.00 per hour (21s and over)
- Mileage paid at 30p per mile
- Consistent Morning Hours (between 7am - 11:30am)
- Familiar clients

Essential requirements
- Right to work in UK (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle with business insurance

Our Compliance Officer Kim, and Senior Carers Aysha and Ruth recently attended the Moving and Handling of People – Practical Training for Supervisors delivered by Kirklees Moving and Handling.

We’re really proud of Aysha, Kim and Ruth and their dedication to developing their knowledge and skills. As senior members of the team, they will also be able to support and guide other care staff, helping to share best practice and maintain safe, high quality care for the people we support.
