WOMEN’S & NON-BINARY ACRO IS…………………………………………………………………………………….…………………………………………………………………………………………such a special weekend, as captured in these photos from last years retreat. We get to stay in this beautiful converted church with rooms to suit different budgets. Co-teaching with and is a lot of fun and means we each give different perspectives and insights. And the food was out of this world!! Come join us for a wholesome weekend of Acro in the best company this coming May 8-11. WOMEN’S & NON-BINARY ACRO RETREAT…………………………………………………………………………………….…………………………………………………………………………………………is returning this year running from 8-11 May which means we have an extra day for Acro, connecting with each other, yoga, Thai massage and eating delicious food! The venue is the incredible which is a gorgeous converted church in the Yorkshire countryside. WHEN YOUR HUSBAND …………………………………………………………………………………….…………………………………………………………………………………………comes to yoga! I asked for a handstand photo and this is what I got! Thank you for framing me so beautifully! Yoga runs on Saturdays 10.30am usually in church hall but occasionally upstairs in the main church where this pic was taken. Wanna join me tomorrow? DM me to book or use 🙏❤️

I also like that I can build on this - I haven’t filmed 3 blocks yet but I’ve tried it and it’s challenging for me! Hope to see you at a class soon!

I’M GIVING THE GIFT…………………………………………………………………………………….…………………………………………………………………………………………of a free yoga class this Saturday 1/11 10.30-11.30am at st Matthias church at Fiveways in Brighton in exchange for being on film as I have a videographer attending! Bring your mat and come to the main church - not the hall like usual! I’m filming to help publicise a yoga day retreat I am running on 21/2 at the beautiful Barcombe village hall. There will an ‘Intro to standing Acro’ suitable for brand new AcroYogi’s plus an intermediate workshop where we look at some fun transitions and standing flows. THE JOY OF FLYING & BASING…………………………………………………………………………………….…………………………………………………………………………………………tricks is a wonderful feeling and when possible, in my opinion leads to a better understanding of the trick. It’s not something I get to do very often but I loved working as a trio with .ashworth and at the Brighton weekend we had last month! Look out for more role switch options in my upcoming classes:

COMING HOME …………………………………………………………………………………….…………………………………………………………………………………………after such a beautiful week attending teacher training course! Loved spending a week the beautiful .retreatcenter learning more about how to teach handstands from .wild.life & it really was a wonderful experience and which I’m using to kick start my handstand class!
