Hey everyone,
I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all your patience and support over the past couple of weeks. It’s been a bit of a journey—after dealing with a tilted pelvis, a rough night in A&E, and finally an MRI, I now know I have a herniated disk.
To keep looking after you while also taking care of myself, I’ve made a few changes going forward while I start physio myself :-
💆‍♀️ **Adapting Techniques** – I’ll be focusing on massage methods that are gentler on my back but still super effective for you, including seated Swedish massage modifications.
📅 **Tweaking My Schedule** – To make sure I’m giving my best, I may need to limit sessions, take extra breaks, or occasionally reschedule appointments if I experience a flare-up while receiving treatment. I appreciate your patience with this!
🛋️ **Updating My Space** – My massage setup is now in my living room since we’ve moved my bedroom downstairs But don’t worry—the comfort and ambience will remain the same, and my dog will be safely out of the way during sessions so there are no distractions!
I will also still be working at Cocoon.
📖 **Learning & Adapting** – I’m continuing to grow my skills, learning deep tissue and sports massage techniques along with kinesthetic taping to better support you during and after a massage
